Every price Zaags charges, in euros with VAT included: business websites, the Pro tools and AI credits. There is no fee per booking, and credits never expire.
A Zaags business website costs €39.99 a year with small Amazon product suggestions at the bottom of the page, or €59.99 a year with no ads, VAT included, after a 14-day free trial. Online booking, menu, shop and the other add-ons are included, with no fee per booking.

The AI workspace is pay-as-you-go: you start with 50,000 free credits, then buy packs from €5, VAT included. Credits never expire and there is no monthly fee.

Yes. Every price on this page includes VAT, except the ZaagsForce WhatsApp setup and onboarding, which are marked "+ VAT".
No fee per booking, guest or reservation. Card payments taken through your website (shop, click & collect, deposits) carry a 2% (minimum €0.30) Zaags fee per payment on top of Stripe's card fee. Restaurant deposits are card only (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay); for rooms and coworking, deposits by bank transfer or Revolut carry no fee.
No. Credits you buy or receive never expire. They are not refundable once bought.
Yes, at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly). You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us; cancelling stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the period already paid. Any price change is announced before it applies to a renewal.
