Guests order dishes from your website, pick a pickup time and pay by card. Your kitchen sees every order on a tablet. Print QR stickers and flyers in your colours that open your menu ready to order.
Your menu is already on your Zaags website. Switch on the add-on and it becomes an online order form.
A small “Order online for pickup?” prompt appears on your menu. Every dish with a price gets an Add button; add-on lines under a dish become its options.
Pickup times follow your opening hours and preparation time, with a maximum number of orders per time. Payment by card goes straight to your Stripe account.
New orders ring on the kitchen screen: New, Preparing, Ready. “Ready in 10 min” and “Ready” email the guest. Pause during a rush.
The guest arrives, the order is ready and paid. It is also in your Orders, with the pickup time and the note.
Put them on the door, the counter, delivery bags and tables. The QR code opens your menu with ordering already on, and each sticker, flyer or poster is counted separately in your Orders and Stats.
Round stickers 8 cm, square stickers 5 cm, Avery L7163 labels, A6 table cards, A5 flyers and an A4 poster.
English, Portuguese, French, Spanish, German, Italian and Dutch, one PDF per language. Your own lines are translated too, unless you tick “Don’t translate”.
Your colour and background, square or rounded corners, your website font or another, your logo or a different one just for print.
Each format lists what fits it: headline, sub-line, an offer line, the text under the QR, steps, address, website. Switch any line off or rewrite it.
See every change beside the options, then Print to PDF. Your PDFs are kept to open, print, download or delete.
Visits and orders from QR stickers, flyers and posters show apart in Orders and Stats, so you know which ones bring guests.
Any tablet or phone, no app, no sign-in: the private link is the key. Sound for new orders, late orders highlighted.
One tap stops new orders for a while; ordering also closes on its own outside opening hours.
Keep some dishes off pickup: they stay on the menu without an Add button.
Pick up to 8 dishes or drinks guests see as “Add to your order?”, with their photo.
Payments go to your own Stripe account. No delivery-app commission, just 2% (min €0.30) plus Stripe’s fee.
A confirmation with the pickup time, an optional “ready in about N minutes” and a “your order is ready” email.
An add-on to your Zaags restaurant website. Guests tap “Order online”, add dishes from your menu (with their options) to a basket, choose a pickup time inside your opening hours and pay by card. The money goes to your own Stripe account. Your kitchen follows orders on a kitchen screen.
The add-on is free to switch on. Each card payment carries a 2% Zaags fee (minimum €0.30) plus Stripe’s own fee, paid by the restaurant, not the guest. You need a Zaags website, €39.99 per year.
A page you open on any tablet or phone in the kitchen, with no app and no sign-in: new orders arrive with a sound, sorted by pickup time, in columns New, Preparing and Ready. Tap “Ready in 5, 10 or 15 min” or “Ready” to email the guest. Pause stops new orders during a rush.
