Zaags is operated by RUDLU Unipessoal Lda (operator of zaags.app, zaags.com and related websites). The platform and its tools are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, nor that any result will be achieved.
Zaags provides software tools only. We are not responsible for: the work of independent Designers or any dispute between a Designer and their client; the content, bookings or orders of any website built on the platform; decisions you make based on AI output; employment decisions taken with the attendance tool; or the availability of third-party services (Google, Stripe, AI providers, hosting).
- AI output can be wrong. Text, summaries, translations, allergen suggestions, bookkeeping entries, images, logos, video and voices produced by AI are generated by third-party models and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Verify anything important before relying on it. AI-generated images, video and voices are synthetic; where the law requires it, you must label them as such when you publish them.
- No professional advice. Nothing on Zaags is legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, medical, nutritional or health advice. The Markets tool shows information, not investment advice; the Accounting and Bank tools help you keep records but do not replace an accountant; the Learn and Daily Almanac tools offer general wellbeing content, not medical guidance; allergen suggestions do not replace the restaurant’s own checks.
- Electronic signatures. Documents signed with the E-Sign tool carry an advanced electronic signature (eIDAS) with an audit trail; this is not a qualified electronic signature. Check whether your contract requires a qualified signature or a notarial form.
- Affiliate links. Some pages (for example Travel and Amazon picks) contain affiliate links; we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
- Third-party content and maps. Maps use OpenStreetMap data (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL) and Google Maps/Places data; business photos from Google are shown with their author credit. Third-party sites are outside our control.
- Sample content. Website drafts, texts, sample reviews and legal-text starting points generated by the editor are suggestions only; you must review, complete and take responsibility for what you publish.
